An Images item type enables you to publish up to 20 digital photographs or other graphic images.

An Images item is ideal for a visual presentation about any non-fiction subject. The scope is virtually unlimited. Travel, places, nature, hobbies. If you’ve got a digital camera, the chances are you’ve got some photos worth sharing with others.

You can add an Introduction to your Images item of up to 500 characters including spaces. Typically, this is equivalent to about 80 words.

You can also add a short caption to each of your images.

Elements

Subject: You will need to choose a Subject Group and Subject for your Images from our preset list.

Title: The title can be up to 50 characters including spaces.

Introduction: Enter your text as you wish it to appear to readers. A character counter will tell you how many characters you have left.

Images: Use the Browse button to locate the file for the image you wish to add. Leave blank any fields you do not wish to use.

Caption (optional): The caption can be up to 50 characters including spaces. Leave blank any fields you do not wish to use.

Hints

• Be sure to include key words relevant to your subject in your Introduction. Even if you don’t want to write an Introduction you should enter some relevant key words in the Introduction field to help direct search engines to your Images item.
  
• You can type the text of your Introduction directly into the Introduction field. However, you may find it easier to prepare the text of your Introduction in a word processing application such as Microsoft Notepad and then copy and paste it into the Introduction field.
  
• Create a title that describes your Images item as precisely as possible and includes one or more words directly relevant to the main subject.
  
• Before starting work on your Images item you may find it helpful to identify the images you wish to include in it and copy them into a temporary folder on your desktop. You can delete the folder after your Images item has been published on Dadooda.
  
• You can include any number of images from 1 to 20. You can change your selections and/or the captions as often as you wish before uploading your finished Images.
  
• We recommend you review your Images item for completeness before uploading it for publication. Your Images item will be published exactly as you submit it. We will not edit it in any way.
  
• You can go back and edit any element of your Images item as often as you wish before it is published. However, once you have published your Images item on Dadooda it cannot be changed.
