Dadooda may intercept a new item for review before it is published on
our website. This is done on a completely random basis and is one of our
procedures for monitoring the application of our Standards of Publication.
A new item will only be intercepted after you have submitted it for publication
by clicking on Publish. A message box informing you it has been intercepted
will appear.
An intercepted item will continue to appear in your My Pending Items
with the message “Being Reviewed” displayed next to the title
of the item. You will not be able to edit or delete the item while it
is being reviewed.
Dadooda will review the item and either approve or reject it. For further
information on rejected items see Rejected Items.
The vast majority of intercepted items are approved and in this case
the item will be treated as if it had not been intercepted. It will be
published on our site, you will receive the usual confirmation email and
the item will move from your My Pending Items to My Published Items.
All items that are resubmitted after having been previously rejected
or suspended are automatically routed for review as above.
Please refer to the Copyright and Member Content Policy which forms part
of our Terms of Use for clarification of Dadooda's position when approving
or rejecting intercepted or resubmitted items.
